The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, close to attractions and easy to access. However, the online check-in requirements were a bit complicated, and the property uses a digital receptionist instead of an in-person front desk, which can be inconvenient if you prefer direct assistance. Additionally, the $250 hold on my credit card felt a bit high compared to other places I’ve stayed. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend it, but be prepared for the extra steps and the security hold.

Loved everything about this property. We stayed 2 nights in one of the fancy hotels in Nashville while attending a conference. The Kasa apartment was half the price and way nicer in every way! Wish we would have stayed in the Kasa the whole time.

Kasa Capitol Hill Downtown Nashville was a perfect location for our weekend in Nashville. The room far exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail, cleanliness, spacious rooms, full size kitchen...it was perfect! The check-in experience was so user friendly as they took pictures of exact locations and what to look for's. Parking across the street was also a breeze. We will for sure be back!

This is a beautiful property in a very good location only about a five minute walk off Broadway. It’s a large apartment with a well decorated living room and kitchen and the bed is very comfortable.
