I’d like to give the front desk manager, Letia, a five star rating! Her attention to important details went above and beyond any hotel experience I’ve ever experienced. Thank you!
It was clean. Didn’t like I had to call front desk for late checkout. The following day. The whole point of late checkout is so you don’t have to get up early to get one. I think. Also they need Netflix hbo on demand etc for the price of the room. And none of that. It’s Winston not a hopping city.
The hotel is very clean and staff very friendly and professional. We also love the amenities.
