Check in was fast & easy... Front desk staff was very polite. The VIP staff was great, and helpful. The facility is well kept, and our room was spotless. Our stay was just over night, wish we could have stayed a little longer, but overall we definitely enjoyed our stay.
Amazing location, clean artsy facilities, friendly staff, across the street from the National Portrait gallery, easy street parking (just read signs closely). Historic building, lots of charm, but plenty of modern luxury and comfort. Best of both worlds!
Service was good. The hotel was very quiet. There was no outside noise.
Everything was great about Kimpton it was in a good area lots of things and stores with in blocks of distance, staff was excellent!
