Price was lower than any other area hotel for the quality level, this is the only reason I selected this hotel. Staff were polite but either understaffed or untrained. Takes forever to check in and its a massive free for all with multiple parties trying to check in or ask questions. We had 4 rooms and each room asked for my towels and none ever received. I dont understand why this hotel thinks 1 towel in a room is sufficient. The shower is the worst shower you will experience, no pressure and silly half wall so water goes everywhere outside of the shower but you cant clean it up because you only have 1 towel. The bar charges auto gratuity but does not tell you so keep an eye on your check and dont double tip. You willl be so tired of waiting to get your drink though you may just do it to get out of there.

Very handy for the Airport with a regular hotel shuttle. The decor wasn’t my style, but having said that, the bed was comfortable which was all that mattered to me.

The contemporary style is beautifully designed. Clean establishment. The staff is kind & welcoming. Highly recommend this place. Don't let the surrounding industrial business ward you off. Beautiful view and comfortable

We was told when we arrived at 11 pm that they did not have a room for us. Even when i gave them my paid invoice & conformation number. I was told they had no rooms and i would have to go else where. They could find the other room for when i was heading back home the next week.
