Perfect location with lots to do in the ft smith area. The pool was lovely and wasn’t dirty. Room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent
The hotel was clean and the service was great. It was quiet except for the guy next door. There was plenty of parking, and I even got a veteran's spot.

Price and location and relatively quiet. Breakfast was decent and there was coffee on tap all the time. The rooms were spacious and had decent amenities such as cable tv and Dove branded shampoo and soap in the bathroom.
The motel staff was very friendly. I needed milk to take some medication and there was none in their little store but the receptionist went and got me some from the kitchen area. The room was roomy, bed was very comfortable and clean, there was plenty of hot water and lots of water pressure. The place was clean! Breakfast was a full breakfast and very tasty. Just needed bacon as an option with the sausage.
