Check in was simple and cordial. I felt very welcomed.
Friendly staff greeted you at the service counter and outside your room, by check-in to see if you needed any linens or towels. Clean room, laminate flooring and great location with no roadway noises. Was able to upgrade from the 2 queen size beds to a King size bed.

My wife was skeptical as the motel did not have any cars in the lot when we arrived. The staff however was extremely friendly and helpful and once inside the room, when notice it was very clean. It didn't have a fresh coat of paint and some of the plumbing fixtures were older but it had been cleaned well and the bed was extremely comfortable. It is hard for small businesses to stay open if we don't support them. You can pay a lot more and stay at a chain brand but all you get is fresh paint and new fixtures. I'll save my monies and support mom and pop business that go out of their way to help you. The Mexican food restaurant next door was packed from breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great location!
I was able to upgrade from a 2 queen size room to a King size room with no additional or extra charges.
Stayed in the back nestled away from the roadway traffic. Call property management to see if you're allowed to bring a small dog under 25 lbs and house broken to stay on premises.
Clean hardwood laminate flooring along with a table and chairs (covered chair cushions (stained) with a towel before sitting).
Entry door into the room do not turn off the light switch for this controls the fridge and microwave.
