This place exceeded our expectations. It was in a small town with few options, but it turned out to be just the ticket for us as we made our way across Texas. This is not a large chain hotel. It is a small, older hotel that has been renovated, which for us, added to its charm. The room had a table and chairs, everything seemed new. It was close to the highway, with easy access to the main part of town, which was charming and had several good options for take out food. An overall very good experience.

Room was very spacious and clean; beds were comfortable, staff was very friendly, cost quite reasonable; refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker included (but No Breakfast).

There was NO breakfast! Not the most comfortable bed. Rooms were clean, tv with a bunch of channels was nice. Spacious Plenty of coffee. Towels were small.

The room looked and smell very clean. It appears to have been remodeled recently because fixtures, flooring, TV, etc seemed new and worked as they should. When I checked in the man was personable, thoughtful, and kind. I had a bit of trouble getting my key to open the door and he came speedily out without my asking him to, to show me how to work their new key cards. Each door is well lit, the parking area is roomy, clean, and they have security cameras for safety. There is also a huge park-like treed grassy area. I did not have a dog with me this trip, but, normally I do. I will be back as I do business in the area a few times per year.

Front desk lady was very courteous and friendly. Room was clean and hotel location was very convenient. Will definitely be staying there at our next visit.
