We really thought Bob at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
Loved everything about it and the staff was wonderful. We were in town for a wedding and were external could check in early.
Quiet area and having a kitchen. We also had a room with a balcony which was really nice.
Place was spacious. Even though, I didn’t stay long enough to use the Kitchenette. I like the fact that that’s it’s available. Staff was nice enough to let us check out by 12 pm. We were able to maximize our stay.
Beds are super comfy and luxurious. The linens are exceptional. So many pillows. Super quiet. Easy access to room, with elevators to upper floors. The price for Madison area is extremely reasonable, especially compared to hotels close to campus. I paid over twice the price for a smaller room, to be a few blocks from my kids' dorm, at another hotel. After that, I will always stay here for the value. Plus, it's safer.
