Great clean rooms, well equipped clean, bathrooms and showers, comfy beds.

Very convenient to everything. The staff was good but Robert at the desk was exceptional. He was a book of knowledge about Canada and history of the areas.

From the pre-check in to the check out everything went well. The staff at the front desk was very professional and friendly. Especially was the person on the front desk on the morning after our first night. He went out of his way to show us in detail some of the best places to 'visit' in the area by pointing things out in one of the brochures in the lobby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Easy to book, great location, close to Niagara Fall without taking the bridge again.

Nice clean room, good breakfast and staff. Needed to park my car for two days after checking out and they obliged, took a lot of stress away, thank you!
