Pool and hot tub... temperatures of water perfect for us.
Like having a washcloth. Most hotels do not provide them anymore.
Quiet, well insulated room, comfortable bed.. Decent breakfast included.
The person running the front desk was wonderful. Helpful, friendly, tidy, etc. really cared about your stay and comfort.
