Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect and clean.
Very clean room and comfortable. Staff very friendly as always. Might wanna put up a sign when u check in telling people be aware of your surroundings. Bears lol
We stayed for our honeymoon and the staff was very nice! Great customer service. The prices were extremely good considering we were on the river in the heart of gatlinburg! Extremely affordable and oh so clean!! It's a great feeling to walking in to a nice and clean room. They take great care of their property.
Location was within walking distance to all the tourist spots, but in a quiet spot that was perfect for a family with a young kid. Staff were very friendly and nice.
