The room we were given the air conditioner wasn't working. The clerk gave us a better room (suite).
They accepted my three dogs without charge. Room is big and no bad smells.
The guy that works the front desk is the best, everyone from housekeeping to front office were great. The room was very nice and roomy and bed was comfortable. When we got there somehow our reservation was changed from a king to a double which was not going to work so the guy at the front desk upgraded us to a kitchenette for free.
The front desk lady was very nice an very helpful . The cleaning lady's did a great job an made sure we had what we needed.
The Location was Excellent. The desk clerk was Amazing. Had no problems at all checking in or during the stay. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be staying at that Location whenever I am in Louisiana.
