Great location. 10 min walk to MGM Grand Casino. Monorail station and a food court with 24 hr options. Access to 2 pools. Bring your own tube! The charge 35 dollars for a tube for the lazy river but not the hosts fault. Its thru the casino. Store inside the connector walkway with high prices but ease of walking and does sell beer and liquor. Says washer dryer included but is in the building, not the room. Place is very nice, runs sort of like a hotel even tho is condos. 10/10 would stay again.

The place is clean and right off the strip. You can see the sphere through the window. No complaints and it was a good value.

I was unsure about this location when booking but it's actually perfect. You can easily walk to the strip from the Signature tower, the tower is connected to the MGM casino and hotel and you can also take the monorail from there.

Great communication from the host. Everything you could need was there including extra towels and pillows. Apartment is close enough to the strip but far enough away for a great nights sleep. Big extra large bed was very comfy. Bathroom incudes both large shower enclosure and a jacuzzi bath and private toilet. Kitchenette had everything you would need to make food. Living space had a comfortable couch with plenty of space. Overall an ideal base to explore Las Vegas via the MGN grand and Las Vegas Monorail. Will definitely recommend to family and friends or anyone visiting Las Vegas.
