I was worried when I read the reviews so I was pleasantly surprised when I stayed here. The neighborhood is in a historic area - close to restaurants and grocery store. It is very safe to walk around in, especially if you want to see the beautiful old homes. The building is old so don't go in expecting a hyper modern apartment. The ac is a contraption in the rooms and they do a pretty good job of keeping the place cool. The apartment was very clean and it was nice having a full kitchen. My daughter and I took advantage of the nice old-fashioned tub and it was easy enough to wash your hair with the nozzle. It was very relaxing and it was a quiet area. (Well except for the neighbors above who must have had a furniture moving competition one night. haha They were fine the other nights.) Parking on the side street is easy. Overall, a pleasant stay and I'm glad we stayed there.

The location was great and easy to access. The apartment was very clean upon arrival.

The apartment is within walking distance to downtown and close to Wesley on Grand so it fit my needs perfectly. The apartment was very clean and functional. I really liked the bathtub. Very comfortable.

Great location. Very clean and spacious. Felt like a decently lived in modern space which has it's own charms instead of a generic hotel feel.
