Service was terrific. The space was clean and comfortable. The location is unbeatable.
I have traveled Europe, Asia and all over the United States, Newbury Guess House has one of the best customer services! Ever since COVID, I have found the hotel services are getting worse, we should not expect the quality services anymore, but Newbury Guess House has changed my opinion, the staff are so kind and accommodating, it does not matter who is the staff, they are all providing the great service and they care about guests and want to make sure we are comfortable.
The area is very convenient, you can walk out the hotel with many nice restaurants around you and many shops around you too.
Everything, absolutely a beautiful place, perfectly maintained and managed, cozy and inviting to come back every day after city activities.
The location was ideal. Very nice front entrance right on Newbury St. near shops & restaurants. Free coffee/hot chocolate/tea/water available all day in lobby. Great view from our room. Comfortable beds. Super amazing and attentive staff. Offered umbrellas to us as it started to rain.
I loved the location it was in the center of everything. The room was clean and the perfect size.
