Kind and informative staff. Nice room for the price.
Good location for exploring State Forest State Park! We were able to check in a little early which is always appreciated. Hotel was quiet at night. Plenty of parking. Would stay again if we came back to Walden.
The rooms were beautiful and easy to access.
The owner communicated the hotel rules and restrictions before we arrived, so we knew what to expect. I’m sure there is high damage potential in that environment.
We stayed here passing through on our way home to Dallas after getting married in Jackson Hole. The drive to Walden is BREATHTAKING at dusk, and the property was super spacious, comfortable and the front office staff was super helpful in making suggestions on the nearby State Forest State Park and how to try and spot moose! Highly recommend!
Location was easy to find. Staff was friendly and helpful. They recommended the bowling alley across the road for dinner. Excellent choice. This seems to be a newer place, and everything was still like new. The rooms were very comfortable and not crowded. No pool, but a very nice hot tub.
