It was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and explained everything. We weren't there too long but really enjoyed our stay.

Such an adorable spot. Independently owned and operated and everything has a personal touch. Very accommodating to guest requests and they make it convenient for self check-in.
If you are looking for a simple, quiet room in a quaint building, this is it. With a big bathroom. It is also in a quiet and original part of Santa Cruz, easy to walk places and get breakfast! Sal is great who takes some management and Tina as well. The lockbox check in is super easy too
