There was NO breakfast & all amenities (coffee, etc) except ice had to be purchased at convenience store.
Location was good since I went to a family reunion. Everything was good. Bed was comfortable. Shower worked. Everything was functioning.
The convenience of outside loading & unloading being very handy.
Good room, clean and enough towels for everyone. Shower was nice and powerful.
On the positive side, my room (#1) was immaculately clean with a well-stocked bathroom. It was also surprisingly quiet given the dozen or so 18-wheelers idling in the rear lot. The manager/owner kindly waived the normal $10 room key deposit since I only had $1 in cash on hand.
