The property was great ! You check in yourself (so you don’t talk to anyone which is my favorite part) the building is very quiet and it was next to a busy street but it wasn’t loud at all so you could enjoy the nightlife but not worry about the noise too much ! The balcony was our favorite part as we would sit outside and have breakfast and enjoy the sunlight and the fresh air definitely alot smaller then i had expected but you have your own kitchen which i also enjoyed so we cook more then going out and buying food! Its not far from many things, balboa park was about 10 minutes away and the whole reason we went was for a mini concert and that was also 10 minutes away ! At first arrival the building looks like a business building but after checking in everything went smooth and we didn’t interact with other guests and barley saw anyone which was also something we enjoyed.

I cannot recommend this stay enough! I will absolutely be rebooking anytime I plan a trip to San Diego. The stay is located in a neighborhood called "University Heights" which is about 15 minutes away from downtown and beaches. I especially liked the club and local bars that were located within walking distance. Our stay was about 4 days and I can appreciate the property having a full size fridge with a fully equipped kitchen, it made reheating leftovers really easy for a late night snack. Overall, amazing property, very user friendly and our host Anna made communicating very easy.

Super easy access with the code lock. Great neighborhood- great to unwind after a day of meetings. Close to everything.
