The location was perfect for our visit to the Dunes State Park. It was also close to several fast food restaurants (McDonald’s, Wendy’s) coffee shops (Dunkin’ and Starbucks) as well as a grocery store (Jewel Osco) and a Walgreens. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant to work with. The beds were very comfortable! The breakfast was not bad, but it would have been nice to have additional protein options.

I liked that it was clean. Seems like most hotels these days at a "cheaper" rate are not clean at all. This one was and I appreciate that.

We were greeted by a friendly, capable young man at the front desk. We stayed at this place, because we were having car trouble & it really helped to see his smiling face when we got there. If I could rate his performance, I'd give him a 10. The room was clean, comfortable, & homey. Everything worked great & we appreciated the bedside clock & outlets in the lamps above the nightstands. Breakfast had the usual options of cereals, pastries, yogurt, apples & bananas, milk, juices, and a waffle-maker. They also had little breakfast burritos for the microwave. The breakfast area was kept clean while we were there. I'd recommend staying here.

Breakfast was advertised as hot and healthy but not much was hot. Packaged frozen burritos were disappointing

Perfect Location for Indiana Dunes NP Close to Porter Beach and restaurants/stores Hotel is not fancy but is clean and kept up Staff super friendly and helpful Breakfast in the morning is nice too
