Room and comfort were very good. The continental breakfast was excellent.
location was close to downtown, and also not far from Dollywood. The room had a balcony which was nice. the room was very spacious. Lots of room to move around and not be right on top of each other while there. The beds were pretty comfy too.
Location was great! Walking distance to bars, food, etc. was an easy walk and if you aren’t up for walking there is also a trolly stop right near the hotel! Room was clean and much nicer than I expected, we didn’t have a chance to get in the pool but it was definitely well loved by other travelers! Will definitely stay again!
Hotel is near most of the Gatlinburg attractions in eating facilities.
They gave us joined rooms which we loved as we traveled with my parents. It was pet friendly and they had a nice selection at breakfast. My daughter loved the pool and they had a kiddie pool for my toddlers. The rooms were pretty nice maybe needed a little updating but over all we loved it and will stay again
