It’s clean and conveniently located. It’s a little distance from the highway although it’s next to it because of how roads are.
The staff was friendly & helpful, the room was very nice, we liked the outdoor pool (the indoor pool was temporarily closed for some reason), the workout room room looked very nice but I didn't get to it.
The location was perfect, the staff were exceptionally friendly. Dining was very good!
We love the pool, and Spa. Unfortunately, the trip we take every year doesn't get us there in time to use it much as we get there between 9:30 and 10:00 and would love it if the pool area was open until 11:00.
There needs to be an update made to the message on the television that states Petals is closed for renovations. Had I not called the desk to ask about it, we may have chosen to eat somewhere else.
Very pleasant & helpful front desk lady. Nice facility, nice area. Grounds were landscaped beautifully!
