We included breakfast in our reservation and it was a good decision. It was a buffet and the choices would cover the breakfast requirements of everyone. The quality was tops. Service persons were there to remove plates and bowls as soon as we finished. The king bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and sleeping room were spotless. One of the bedside lamps had a defective bulb. The liquid soap dispenser was out of soap, so we used shampoo instead. This facility is beginning to show its age, particularly in the halls and elevator foyer. Nevertheless, the free shuttle to the airport is very helpful and it was a short taxi ride from Oriente train station. The check-in desk was efficiently managed by Edwardo who assigned us a room a little earlier than normal. The following morning a desk clerk put us on the shuttle list to the airport. Housekeeping cleaned very well, but failed to note the defective light bulb and did not fill the liquid soap dispenser.

Room was clean, but common areas need cleaning& or updating. Desk service was really good & very prompt dealing with customers. Air Conditioning was virtually non existent. Outside wasn’t hot, but room was hot, & if you opened up the window, road noise was bad. A/C definitely needs updating! I wouldn’t stay there during summer months. There is no way you could get the room cool enough to sleep…
