Although I booked the room after midnight, the hotel staff easily accommodated me even though my reservation never showed up. Even better that they gave me a better rate!

This is a beautiful facility, sprawling and spacious, almost palatial, set on a scenic lake. And I felt like I had walked into a movie about an abandoned hotel. I saw maybe a dozen other humans in the building, and half were staff. While it was a little weird, it was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. I even had the pool to myself. Gorgeous property, needs music and people.

Did not eat at restaurant. Thank God my room was clean. Bathroom could use a little remodeling but I realize the whole hotel is being revamped so hopefully they will get to that. I really appreciated my stay. I was in dire need of peace and quite and that's just want I got. I hope and pray cost of the rooms do no go up due to the remodel.

Loved the manager of the restaurant she is a fine person.

I loved the whole experience. The pool, the music, the view.
