Room was great and only issue was fridge was not working
The front desk staff Jocelyn was very friendly and polite, she made my check-in effortless. The hotel is always clean and quiet. Decorated very lovely.

Courteous, friendly, and professional staff
The staff - particularly Jocelyn and Kim at the Front Desk, and Fanny and Rosario, the Breakfast Room Attendants. They were all very friendly, and they were all about customer satisfaction! All of them are definitely assets to your business.
Clean, new, but they gave me a different room than the one booked due to overbooking. A bit noisy.
