All good staff very accommodating , room clean and beds and room comfortable.
Easy on/off of highway. Room was comfortable and clean
Upon arrival the lady at the check in desk was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming! She went above and beyond to help ensure we were able to be book our room despite a couple of minor complications to begin with. She really made my experience a fond memory!
We had to climb stairs to reach our room. There was no soap in the dispenser.
I had to stay n extra day so they let me stay in the same room and that was nice.
