Our connection flight, among many other flights (due to weather) thru DFW, was canceled. It was after midnight with a line of people needing accommodations. The staff was very kind and courteous to help out. Breakfast was good and replenished often. The pool and room were clean. Thank you for the stay during our distressed situation.

Breakfast had a good variety of items to choose from and hot items varied on the 2 days I was there. Close to airport, nothing within walking distance, shuttle runs on the hour during the day so had a $30 Uber ride around midnight and used delivery service to get food - should have rented a car (unexpected stay due to airport cancellations). Apartment was decent - comfy bed, decent shower, sufficient kitchenette. Staff was nice.

Good location.. well equipped suite.. free parking Good coffee available on-site, clean gym.

Very comfortable room with lots of space. Booked to have livingroom to visit with family. Bed was so comfy. Full-sized fridge was a bonus for large water bottles to chill and have ice. Had a problem communicating to front desk for pickup, phone would not answer...so the manager kindly comped me the taxi cost and asked if I were ok with that!! You bet I was!! Aircon was icy. Shuttle kindly dropped me off at my next hotel event venue.

Location to the airport and the sweet shuttle driver Glenda. She dropped us off at a barbecue restaurant for dinner and then came and picked us back up.
