I kept having travel delays and the staff were very reassuring. Since I had pre-checked in, Colleen got us in and to our room. She even made a map to get to the the Alice Cooper concert down town. The suite was perfect. Checking out was just as easy.
Have yet to be dissatisfied with any Residence Inn.
Staff was very nice! Breakfast was good. Pool temperature was comfortable and there were always clean towels available at the pool. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
It was quiet and clean. It was comfortable and enjoyable for our couples trip.
Location was great for what I needed. Breakfast was good for a continental, enough choices.
