JR, the owner, was kind and accommodating. From the outside, I was a little nervous about our stay. On Saturday night, with limited options in the Warren area, it was affordable, clean, and comfortable. The room was small but cozy. We just needed to sleep. Room had tv, fridge with freezer to keep our ice packs frozen. Our Keurig had a wide variety of coffee choices, creamers, and sweetener choices. We stayed at the Days Inn and Quality Inn in Warren and this room was cleaner than both of those hotels. It was quiet.

Everything! JR and Barbara are so awesome! They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable! If you’re anywhere near and looking for a room, this is the place to stay!

I love that it was nice and warm in the room. The room has a cozy appeal. Looked exactly like pictured This was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in. The staff was super friendly and showed me the tv, and complimentary coffee area. They had little bathroom cups in the bathroom and lots of soap.

Easy to find location. Clean comfortable rooms. Had wifi to use our Netflix. Coffee, tea, creamer, & sugar in room was a nice bonus. Quiet location. Close to Chapman State Park. Friendly & caring staff.

Comfortable temperature, clean, and comfortable bed.
