well, all staff were friendly and helpful. the wine hour was the best and not just a little wine, but pretty much all you can handle. we love that this hotel is next to Taste, a move than excellent restaurant in Amador's wine country.

The afternoon wine tasting features a different winery each day. Great way to get introduced to the local attractions. The morning breakfast was outstanding. The staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Staff is amazing! They are so welcoming and nice. The lobby is filled with fun, wine tasting at night was great. The breakfast is amazing. Beds so comfortable. Also, I left a bracelet, the staff called me to tell me I left it and mailed it to me. That doesn't happen at hotels. I would recommend this boutique hotel to anyone!!! We will be back for sure!

Our Host "Awesome Andrew" was wonderful and could not do enough to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed to wine tasting on Saturday evening with Turley wines and especially enjoyed to lovely breakfast on Sunday morning with many freshly baked pastries on site and fresh fruit. They even serve Petes coffee! We came with two other couples and enjoyed to fire pits outside with all the goodies to make s'mores at the end of our evening. The beds felt like they had new mattress and were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay at Rest again in the future.
