Perfect location right in the beginning of ptown and can take the bus down down. The beach is beautiful and rooms are all suites so if you stay long you have a kitchen.

The location is nice as you are walking distance to the beach and Provincetown main streets. This hotel has a large inside heated pool and hot tub! The inside pool and hot tub area has a shower, which was nice to wash off the chlorine.They also have a large outside pool with beach chairs to lay in the sun. My family enjoyed the balcony even though it only overlooked the parking lot as we were in the main building for AC. The hotel had many outside games to play as well. My crew enjoyed the tennis,basketball, and ring toss games. We brought some prepped food from home, which included burgers and hot dogs. This facility has grills with cooking utensils, charcoal, and lighter fluid. Be sure to bring your own lighter, though, as they did not have them! Each morning we went to coffee hour which was Folgers coffee with cream, sugar, and sweet and low. They do serve breakfast besides Sunday and Monday. The breakfast was delicious and prices were decent. Overall, I would come back.

I liked the location near the ocean, the pool, and the room was clean and comfortable. Having a full-size refrigerator was wonderful. Having a lazy day at the pool was delightful and refreshing.

I love that it was on the beach and it was family friendly and there was a huge pool for the kids to enjoy

Location, unit recently renovated, views, comfort, easy access to everything including to walk or take free transportation by bus to twin, very family oriented, the facilities in and outdoor pools. We Will definitely come back next summer!!
