Location was right in the middle of Beaumont, TX- near our destination (we came to see a play at SE TX Stages). We were close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The room was basic, but very clean and fit our needs. Perfect for a short stay. We did not experience any noise issues from other tenants (which can happen at hotels) and the staff were accommodating and happy. No issues and it was a great price.
Nice, simple place. Great price, very comfy and clean.
Convenient location, bedding was clean, comfortable and smelled nice, water was as hot as I wanted it to be. But the best part is the people in the office. Very friendly and accommodating.
My second stay here and I will stay again.
