The location was great, very close to the national park. The Wifi worked well, which was important there. The bathroom was very nice and the bed was comfortable. There is a lot of change happening at this location and it will do nothing but get better I am sure

The bed was spacious and very comfortable, the sheets were clean and we had three great nights' sleep. The room itself was not very big, but we were mainly looking for a place to sleep as we spent most of our time out in Kings Canyon NP, so we didn't mind it. We were travelling from the Bay Area with an EV and I was a bit concerned with the lack of chargers in the vicinity, so I reached out to the owner/manager and they kindly provided us an extension cord to plug our car charger into. Just an L1, so it's very slow, but it was enough overnight during our stay to let us drive into and around the park and come back at night on Friday and Saturday. It sure would be wonderful if the owner invested in getting an L2 charger installed.

Nick was amazing. He responded to my text questions and phone calls promptly and with enthusiasm. The retreat feel was so homey and the beds were beyond clean and comfortable. Overall for a property "in renovation" it was well worth the price and stay. We highly recommend this property and will stay there again in the future.

Perfect location to explore the parks. Vibes were impeccable - very welcoming and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable and the linens were like heaven. communication was superb and the owner was super friendly. Can’t wait to come back for a visit to see the upgrades.
