The whole experience was fabulous! Staff was extremely kind and generous. Pool area was fun and soo much to do. And the shuttle for Universal was very convenient
the location is very close to universal studios ..and the swimming pool is heated.
Very nice hotel with very convenient and close location for visiting Universal Studios/Citywalk.Free shuttles to universal made it very easy. Parking in their parking garage made me feel safe for my vehicle. The parking fee is pricy but I didn't have to worry about my car being broken into or paying to park at Universal. The rooms were comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
The hotel was a short walk from universal studios which was nice, nice gym and nice pool. VERY friendly staff.
