This property is very centrally located, two blocks away from the main street area. Despite its proximity, it was very quiet. The manager, Louie, was incredibly welcoming and personable. It was so fun chatting with him and he told us that there are plans to put a speakeasy in the building. The rooms were in very good condition. This is one of a few places in Big Bear that has air conditioning, which was very important during the recent heat wave. We will definitely be back.

Walking distance to town and across the street from the lake

I love the ease of checking in and how comfortable and calm the entire hotel feels. I always stay here when I visit my kids.

The staff was very helpful. Love the lobby/reception area. Warm and inviting love the fireplace. We did not have our fury family member with us. They had a welcoming for them water dish and biscuits. Coffee, water, and drinks in the lobby. Thanks again for everything.

Exceptional location within walking distance to the main street. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the pet-friendly policy was a big plus. The pool was perfect for passing time during the winter storm. Having a Tesla charger on-site was very convenient.
