This is now my third or fourth time staying at the Sonesta in Charlottesville, and every time I have made particular notice of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They are great!
Didn't get to spend much time at the hotel. Because of a bad accident, we arrived much later than expected. Had to leave early to get home on time but the employees were great. Even though we arrived late, the girl at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the gentlemen running it was incredible, so kind and pleasant. Totally enjoyed the stay. Appreciated that there was a microwave and fridge in the room even though we didn't get to use it!!!
