We had a one bedroom suite.
Lots of room and very comfortable
The fridge and microwave were nice to have. Starbucks downstairs for coffee and treats.
I like the location. Makes it convenient for shopping and eating out. Everything is close by.
The guest suite with kitchenette was ideal for our group of 4 adults and a baby. The man at the desk (Viktor) was unflappable while dealing with a difficult guest checking in before me and extremely apologetic that the situation caused a delay in my check-in process.
It was wonderful. Was nervous about staying here with some of the reviews, but the room was clean and perfect size for the 4 adults and baby we had. The staff was very accommodating, if we asked for something we got it. Pool and hot tub were very nice just wish the pool was a couple feet deeper and that the water slide wasn't permanently closed as we were excited to try it. But other than that our stay was wonderful and I don't think any of us had any real complaints.
Pool was nice. Bed and pillows were so comfy I could have bought some of those pillows.
