Demi took wonderful care of us. She was able to handle a special request we had and changed our room to a lower floor close to the door due to physical limitations I had that day. So friendly and helpful - she is a credit to your organization. Can't beat the location in respect to downtown, close restaurants (Chuy's is close by and was great). As always it was clean and comfortable and hot coffee is available 24/7 in the laundry/gym area.
Very dog friendly. No extras, but all you need for a good night sleep.
The front desk employee was awesome. William Calhoun went above and beyond for my stay. Hands down the best employee I've had the pleasure of meeting at any hotel.
Friendly staff and clean. Room was large with kitchen for cooking. Was very quiet in spite of the fact the hotel was sold out!
