Дружелюбный, вежливый, приветливый персона, готовый помочь.
Можно подняться на обустроенную для этого крышу и бесплатно устроить ужин с видом на город.
Рядом проходят трамвайные пути и от проезжающих трамваев с 5 утра маленькое землетрясение. Хорошо слышно негромкую речь соседей за стенкой. Особо чисто в номере не убирают, цитируя Бродского: "Под потолком - пыльный хрустальный остров".
