Clean, friendly staff, spacious room, good breakfast
We stopped here on our trip to Louisiana. Crystal was exceptional! When I arrived Crystal was amazing from the start. Check in was a breeze and quick. Crystal's customer service is top tier and she made the stay here extremely enjoyable. We will return!
It was a pleasant stay . Staff was excellent. My son had a good time in the pool.
The location.
The front desk staff was so pleasant and helpful. She was bogged down with a family that was indecisive but was able to excuse them and helped me since I already was booked. I appreciated her professionalism during that situation. The place was very clean. The breakfast was very good. They had a very nice selection. The kitchen staff was so friendly, especially the older african american woman.
I love the fact that I could check it so early and also check out late with no problem. It was easy to get around hotel
