Nicely appointed room, very clean, quiet, and pleasant front desk. Will definitely stay here again.
Friendly staff. Clean environment. Breakfast was good
The SpringHill location was a little bit tucked in the back off the main road. At first we passed it. Yet we found it in the pouring rain.
The lady at the front desk did everything she could to get our reservation to come up from booking. com. Dell was a sweetheart with impeccable care and concern for our reservation. She did everything she could while still handling everything at the front desk as other guests came in for the night stay. Dell even called the GM who was off sight to help.
Check-in was smooth and front desk associate was fantastic, very charismatic. The room was clean and stocked well. The breakfast was pretty good.
Breakfast was the usual for hotels along I-95. Area was clean & staff was exceptional & inviting. Area was kept well stocked & refilled as needed.
