The maid didn’t clean our room in the second to the last night thus resulting in dirty sheets and towels.
The smell of the fragrance being pumped into the airways was very strong.
We were very grateful for the kindness and consideration shown by the reception staff.
This is the most beautiful, well-run hotel we've ever stayed in. The mountain setting is spectacular, and the concierges were very accommodating about getting vegan marshmallows for us so we could enjoy the daily s'mores hour on one of the plazas. We wish we could have stayed longer, and hope to visit again the winter when you can ski right into the lower level! And the funicular ride from the gatehouse to the main hotel is very cool.
Food was excellent. Easy Shuttle service to Park City.
