History, location walkable to beach, bike shop, good restaurant--little coffee cakes
Excellent location. Breakfast OK. Historic hotel. Comfortable bed. Quiet.
Moderately priced for summer in a tourist town. Rooms bigger than expected for an older hotel. Loved that keys are still being used.
There was no breakfast option, only coffee and packaged pastries. Not my idea of a breakfast, I eat healthier than that. Fortunately there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, a block or two of the hotel.
The interior of the property is very nice and well kept. The staff were excellent and taking genuine care of us in little time. Interesting building I want to look up history about.
