Convenience, Cleanliness, Communication, Affordability, View, Functionality of the room.
This is a very convenient location with the MGM and the monorail accessed via covered walkways. Tower One is closest. The beds were comfy, great view, tasteful decor, bathroom is spacious unlike most contemporary hotels. Pool/hot tub were great temps, mostly adult and quiet. Check in was quick and convenient. Lots of elevator banks - arrived quickly.
Accessible to the strip and connected to MGM grand for easy monorail access. Nice suite with tub/shower/balcony. Host was amazing and communicative. Would stay here again!
Location is very central and close to the main attractions of Las Vegas.
The view from the Balcony is amazing, you can see the Strip and well as the Sphere very clearly.
Check-in and the complimentary Valet parking is also very convenient.
Love to location, just off the strip with covered air conditioning walkway to MGM Grand and Monorail. Lover the balcony.
