Location was great. Ease of access. Seemed decently priced for the location and type of accommodations. Room had a view.

The location for sure. We were able to walk from the fenway park to our stay. Felt safe cause there was a lot of people walking around.

A few mornings we went to DeLuca's grocery next door and bought Bagels and Lox for breakfast. We went to another grocery store and bought apples, peanut butter, granola yoghurt and orange juice for breakfast, The studio apartment had a skylight and three windows facing the street. Indoor lighting, but a lamp or light over the bed would have been nice. We only used the microwave oven and did no other cooking. The building had a washing machine which we did not need. The bed was comfortable, and the blankets kept us warm. With some help over the phone, we were able to use the television remotes. We had a 10-to-15-minute walk to the Green Line Copley subway station. We sometimes walked back to the apartment around 11:00pm. The main streets had traffic, and we felt safe. The 245 building as secure. It had two heavy doors requiring the same pass code, and passcode for our unit.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the views were exceptional. We stayed in room 12. Kitchen with all basic items, a coffee pot, and a fridge. The property is very central on Newbury st, with many shops and restaurants within steps. Just a 5 min walk from Copley Station. The room was also very quiet, we were very surprised you could not hear any street noises.

We were on the top floor looking over Newberry Street and it was just fantastic. Our unit was very clean. Good amount of space had everything we needed. I would stay there again.
