I have to say James did an amazing job helping me and my family get the best rate for the week and helped us have a comfortable stay. The hotel rooms were always clean and comfortable. Definitely the best long stay hotel I've been in.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely rent from them again.
The room had everything I needed and the front desk agent was very good. The room they gave me had a maintenance issue and she went out of her way to get me another room even though they didn’t have much vacancy left, which was super helpful and much appreciated.
Everything except that my room smelled like cigarette smoke. But the staff isn’t to blame. Some people just don’t know how to follow the rules.
