It’s a very clean and the beds are comfortable! I don’t have to bend or squat to take a shower, plenty of hot water for showers!
An older property that is like an old motor court. Parking is available in front of the rooms, and in a few covered garages. The amenities are few, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Waterloo is an interesting small town, with historical ties to historical figures. The motel is within a few blocks of the quaint downtown streets.
The manager came right up as soon as we pulled in and introduced himself and showed us around. Room is new, redone. Peace is very cute, quaint, nice. Waterloo is wonderful to walk around and everything is within a couple blocks of the Sunset.
It was very clean and the staff were very kind and quick to respond to messages. It's a beautiful town in a friendly and safe area.
It had a frig, microwave, and coffee maker with a couple water bottles, which was super thoughtful! There is on-site laundry facilities and ice machine.
We really liked the property and how convenient it was to everything!! It was very clean, comfortable, nice, homey and welcoming. It was exactly what we needed. I also loved the fact that The Coffee Girl was within a 500 ft walk!!
