The facilities were very nice. Happy people work there!
We arrived and had a standard room. I wanted to update for a bridge view. The manager accommodated my request and only charged me have of the upgrade. I also had a hairdryer problem and the manager took care of the issue before I returned for the evening. This was great customer service. I highly recommend this hotel.
All of the place the room the pool and hot tub and how close to downtown it in walking distance. My daughter and I had the most wonderful time. We go there again!
