The hotel was clean and front desk staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice sized refrigerator
Coffee 24/7! Friendly cheerful staff. Squirrel and birds cavorting by the front door. The room was basic space, all I need is bed and bath. The other guests were plain people like me. Free wifi! The pancake machine is cute and entertaining.
I had booked online for st. charles mo and ended up finding out I had reservations at st. charles Il. Beth at the front desk was absolutely wonderful helping us get the mixup taken care of.
