I want to mention, Ken, The front desk attendant. I had made a reservation through some hotel site and when I arrived, you were all booked. Mr. Ken sent me up on a table with a chair so that I could keep trying to find a hotel after an hour and a half, Mr. Ken came up with, a cancellation. He wanted me to feel secure so he put me in a room that was right across from the lobby. I thought that was a wonderful gesture on his part and he should be rewarded for that. He’s looking out for this customers. Then when I was checking out, Linda, so adorable and so sweet to me. She knew I was a hurricane victim and was very sympathetic. She too, was announced standing and professional agent on the front desk. Thank you super eight for taking such good care of me.

We were water damage victims from the hurricane Helene and the room we acquired through Booking.com was literally the last room available in the area. We jumped on it, and we were very pleased to have a place to go, and Recoup. the staff was amazing and my husband, who is an avid swimmer, had a huge pool to swim in. We the location was centrally located to all the unnecessary help that we needed so that was a big plus And due to limited resources due to the hurricane there is a Denny’s right next-door so we were able to have a place to eat with Wi-Fi and again recoup our thoughts to tackle the challenges that lay ahead. we decided to rebook after our Booking.com booking ended. We acquired another room for a longer stay through the Wyndham app and again we’re very pleased

The beds were comfortable. And the room was clean.

If you just need a place to sleep while going to a weekend event, this is it.

Your website sucks ass. I was billed for 2 separate bookings in the same night in the same time. I just signed up to your web sight and I will never use you again. It is not a user friendly experience.
